From the moment you pick out the crystals, the emails sent to keep you updated on your package, responses extremely quick to any question, step by step instructions, double bagging the crystals to ensure none are lost. Lovely verbiage suggestions that we used for our ceremony. Cute hand written note about their color choices. There isn't anything missed!
