How it works

We aren't just making you a piece of glass. We're making you an heirloom.

The glass unity ceremony is one of the most meaningful additions to your wedding day. You and your partner choose colored glass crystals that represent each of you. At your ceremony, you pour them together. The colors mix, but they never fully separate. That is the point.

After your wedding, you mail the crystals back to our studio. We fire them in our glass furnace and hand blow your finished piece from the exact colors you chose and mixed together on your wedding day.

We also save a portion of every couple's glass indefinitely. Years from now, on your third anniversary or your tenth, you can come back to us for an ornament or pendant made from your original blend. No other unity ceremony can offer that.

Unity in Glass is the original glass unity ceremony company. We invented this category, hold the registered trademark, and have been making these pieces since before anyone else knew this was possible.

The process begins at your wedding

Combine the glass crystals during your ceremony, much like you would with a sand ceremony. The glass color crystals may be displayed in bud vases, champagne flutes, or clear glass votive candle holders. You may have the perfect items already. Destination wedding? Borrow them from the venue.
